    Directions

    芋头蒸熟后要趁热压成泥。

    Step 1

    拌匀材料A,加入材料B搓至光滑,分成8等份,用布盖住,放置40分钟。Mixes ingredients A,and then add in B and knead into smooth dough,apportion into 8 portions and cover with cloth for 40 minutes.

    Step 2

    莲蓉加入瓜仁分出8等份,各包入1份芋泥蛋黄,搓圆成馅料。Mix dried melon seeds with lotus paste and then apportion into 8 portions,wrap each with the yam filling.

    Step 3

    将冰皮压平,包入馅料,放入月饼模形压平,敲出,至全部做完,放入冰箱冷冻,吃时取出。Flatten Peng Pei,wrap with the filling,and then press into mooncake mould and dislodge. Keep all Peng Pei mooncake in fridge after completion of all ingredients.

    Step 4

    芋泥馅做法Method for yam filling: 将芋头蒸熟压成泥,加入其余芋泥材料煮至不粘锅即可,待冷分成每份40克,各包入1粒素蛋黄备用。Steam yam and mash it,then mixes with remaining ingredients and cook until non-sticky to wok. Apportion into 40g each, wrap each with 1 mock egg yolk.
